CNS 2025: An Anniversary to Remember

By Daniel Foster28 Oct 2025

CNS 2025 has come to a close, and a landmark close it was. Seventy-five years speaks to not only the enduring value, but the cutting edge evolution of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. We’re glad to have participated, spreading the gospel of flow measurement to attendees from all corners of the world.

CNS is always a hotbed of innovation, and this year was no exception. New technology abounded, from pedicle screws made of titanium and carbon to new visualization equipment. And speaking of tech, we were pleased to see the level of recognition that Transonic’s technology received, even among specialties that don’t employ it, like endovascular. Our name, it seems, is known even better than we sometimes realize.

Recognition and respect are what comes of 40 years of excellence (or 75 in CNS’s case.) We pioneered medical transit time technology in the early 1980’s, and the original is still the best. Be it notification of obstructed flow after aneurysm clipping, early warning for hemodialysis access failure, or detection of dangerously low CABG graft flow while the patient is still on the table, Transonic is the flow-measurement partner you need while you save lives.

We want to congratulate the CNS staff, lecturers and attendees on creating an informative, intelligent, friendly congress. In so many ways, 2025 has been a year to remember.
